In Islamic Studies Students, the Reception students have been learning the Arabic alphabet letter ‘Saad’ and words that begin with ‘Saad’. Students have been learning about giving to charity ‘sadaqah’. They made sadaqah boxes and they all collected money at home with their families. MashaAllah they managed to raise £144.46p between them. This money will now be donated to a charity called ‘One Ummah’, inshaAllah the money raised will be given to the needy, personally, by one of our Reception students’ parents, which will be travelling to ‘Uganda’ to help those in need during the blessed month of Ramadan.
