Year 3 and Year 4 students visited the William Morris Gallery, where they explored the works of the famous Victorian designer, learning about his use of patterns and design in art. They also participated in an engaging Islamic Tiles Workshop, where students discovered the beauty of intricate Islamic tile patterns and created their own designs. This trip provided a hands-on opportunity to connect to art, history, and culture, enriching students’ understanding of both Western and Islamic artistic traditions.
